Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Property Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the property management operations, ensuring high levels of customer service, and maintaining compliance with relevant regulations. This position requires strong administrative skills, a solid understanding of property management practices, and the ability to effectively communicate with tenants and vendors. Position has room for growth and taking on more responsibilities as we grow.

Responsibilities

Assist the Property Managers in overseeing daily operations of the property.

Provide exceptional customer service to residents and prospective tenants.

Maintain accurate records of tenant interactions and contracts.

Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and other applicable laws.

Coordinate lease agreements, including the collection of necessary documentation.

Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and responding to inquiries via phone or email with professional phone etiquette.

Support sales efforts by promoting available units and conducting property tours for potential tenants.

Position may require you to travel between properties and work from multiple locations within the Twin Cities area.

Requirements

Previous experience in property management or a related field is preferred.

Strong customer service skills with a focus on tenant satisfaction.

Proficiency in administrative tasks including contract management and record keeping.

Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations is essential.

Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software applications.

Pay: From $22.00 per hour
