Management Company is seeking a Part-time Apartment Leasing Agent for Market Rate Apartment Buildings in Excelsior. Our Corporate Office location is in Eden Prairie. Individual will be self-motivated, organized, sales driven and customer-oriented. Individual is responsible for successes of leasing and occupancy for the property(s), including marketing, calls, phone sales, advertising, showings, leasing, move-ins, rent collection, administrative, resident relations, and more. 20 to 24 hours per week - some nights and weekends; a typical week is Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Knowledge of relevant Fair Housing, local, state and federal regulations. Skills: Office 365 and AppFolio. References required. BCA background check required if position is offered.
