We are currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to join our team. As an Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative and accounting tasks to support the daily operations of our company.
Responsibilities:
Managing the day to day trust accounting for the company
Making daily journal and QuickBooks entries
Assisting with daily & monthly company and client reports
Tracking daily attendance and PTO tracking
Handling and organizing office documents and files
Providing administrative support to our call center and sale’s teams
Updating client information and records in our database
Assisting with general office duties such as ordering office supplies, photocopying, and filing
Minimal amount of answering and directing phone calls, taking messages and greeting visitors
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
1-2 years of administrative assistant experience, preferably in a finance environment
Preference given to someone familiar with accounting principles and QuickBooks
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work efficiently
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Must be reliable, punctual and able to work independently

Salary: $40,000-$45,000 per year with 401k match and profit sharing for supplemental compensation
