We are recruiting for Manufacturing Operators to work with the Mixing and Coating team at a premier pharmaceutical delivery systems manufacturer in West St. Paul, MN. This is a direct hire position, meaning you will be hired permanently with our client and offered their competitive benefit and vacation package.

Starting pay from $21.00/hr, depending on experience

2nd or 3rd Shift work schedules:

o 2pm-10:30pm, Monday-Friday OR

o 10pm-6:30am, Monday-Friday

What’s a typical day as a Manufacturing Operator within the Mixing and Coating team?

Assisting with production line set up, tear down, and routine operation of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes on commercial scale equipment.

Learning and utilizing skills related to mixing, coating, slitting, rotary converting, and packaging.

Learning and utilizing skills required for the mixing and coating production lines, including order of additions, solvation, emulsions, coat weights, percentage of solids, assay, viscosity, etc.

Providing support to the manufacturing line Lead, including monitoring the process, performing roll changes, in-process inspections, line set-up, line tear-down, cleaning, and other production responsibilities as assigned.

Following current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs) and standard operating procedures.

Documenting manufacturing records using Good Documentation Practices (GDPs).

Physical Requirements & Personal Protective Equipment (PPE):

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. on occasion.

Must be able to perform job duties while wearing full face respirators, half-face respirators, and/or PRPR Hoods when required.

Must be able to wear Tychem style protective suits when required.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

Have a high school diploma or GED

Have 0-3 years of experience working in a cGMP production environment (1+ years preferred).

Have a strong ability to understand written and verbal instructions in English language.
