POSITION: Skilled CNC Machinist
COMPENSATION: Pay is based on experience.
Due to increasing business demands, we are looking for additional CNC machinists to join our team. The ideal candidate will have Programming, Set-Up and Operating experience, with precise attention to detail and prints. Able to read blueprints and measuring devices such as caliper, micrometer and other gauges used in machining is an absolute must for this position.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience in the following areas: Programming, Edit, Set-Up and Operation of CNC machines to produce quality parts in a timely manner.
Strong reading and interpretation of drawings and prints
Reproduce parts by measuring and selecting appropriate processes and materials
Select proper tooling, edit programs and adjust speeds and feeds as required
Inspect and verify parts by using precision gauges including micrometers, calipers, dial indicators, and bore gauges
Document inspection results on appropriate paperwork and ensure parts meet tolerance and specifications
Work in a productive, safe and efficient manner
Perform other duties as requested.
