RNs and LPNS needed for care for adult male with Spina Bifida, Trach, and GT (Feeding Tube) who is permanently in a wheelchair. Vent use overnight but not during the day. Assistance with transferring in/out of wheelchair at times, in/out of vehicle to appointments, companion care, ability to drive to medical appointments (must have active driver's license), drive to day program, communicate with patient through iPad and talker, and assist with daily functioning and household needs. Several shifts needed. Care requires monitoring of ventilators. Great job for students.
Day Shift 07:00a.m. – 03:00p.m.
Evening Shift 03:00p.m. – 10:00p.m.
Overnight Shift 10:00p.m. – 06:00a.m. (this is a priority shift)
