- Must be motivated to develop kitchen staff
- Strong knowledge of budgeting and recipe building skills
- Makes schedules to reach budget
- 45 hour work week. Days, evenings and weekends. Nights and Weekends are a must
Works the line at least 30 hours of the time.
Candidates Qualifications:
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
- Must be friendly, outgoing, and love working with people
- Team oriented
