Work in a drama free kitchen at a historic and very stable local pub with a small staff of 5 cooks who are extremely reliable, with some that have been with us for over 17 years. They show up early and work hard, which is a real luxury in this environment.
Responsibilities include implementing menu development, maintenance and cleaning, ongoing training and development, and of course cooking. This is a hands on position.
Saturday and Sunday availability is required. It is typically a 40 hour work week. Please send a resume and current availability.
