Duties
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant or bar, ensuring high standards of service and quality
- Manage staff recruitment, training, and development to foster a positive work environment
- Implement effective cash handling procedures and maintain accurate financial records
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations
- Develop and enforce policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency
- Collaborate with marketing teams to promote the establishment and increase customer engagement
- Analyze financial performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and growth
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations within the food industry
Experience
- Proven experience in restaurant management or hospitality management is essential
- Expert knowledges in meats qualities
- Strong knowledge of cash handling practices and financial management within a quick service fast food restaurant or similar environment
- Demonstrated ability in shift management and leading diverse teams effectively
- Familiarity with the food industry standards and best practices is required
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills are necessary for success in this role
- Experience in bartending or bar management is a plus
- Knowledges in sports and events planning is a plus
