WORK TYPE: Hybrid remote and onsite (3 days office, 2 days remote) Job DescriptionOur Associate - Futures Hub, successfully performs the Venture Client method. They focus on helping Sportradar Units and Start-ups by acting as a bridge between them. The ideal candidate will have a high willingness to learn, a deep interest in the sports industry, technology and innovation.Responsibilities:Facilitate Partnerships: Act as a liaison between startups and the internal client unit, facilitating introductions and managing pilots and successful post-pilot adoption follow up.Monitor Progress: Document and track the progress of pilots and adoptions and provide regular updates to stakeholders.Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities for collaboration.Start-up Analysis. Conduct research and analysis on sports technology companies to identify potential partnership, or other opportunitiesIdentify and Source opportunities: Research and identify promising startups that align with specific opportunities presented to Sportradar Futures Hub. DevelopContinuous learning. Attend top industry events and conferences in North America to stay up-to-date on emerging technologies and market trendsYour profile:Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or a related field.Experience: 2-4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a startup, corporate innovation, or consulting environment.Skills: Strong analytical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and proficiency in project management tools.Knowledge: Understanding of startup ecosystems and corporate innovation processes.Key Attributes:Detail-oriented. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyCollaborative: Strong team player with the ability to work across different departments and with external partners.
