We boldly go.Thermo King Corporation, a leader in global transport refrigeration, has an employment opportunity for a Remote Operating Center(ROC) and Services Program manager to support the Thermo King Americas business and its 180 plus independent dealer locations.In this role, the ROC/Services Program manager, will be responsible for managing Service offerings through the product lifecycle, gathering and prioritizing product/service and customer requirements, defining the product vision, analyzing market segments and creating projected results. This role is also responsible for developing the product strategy roadmap and the tactical execution plan for the service offerings, including timelines, goals, investments and resource requirements that supports growth and business objectives.Another key responsibility within this role is to drive synergies and consistency between Digital, Services and Product Management from a systems, process, methodology and capabilities standpoint.Key responsibilities include:

Work independently to develop fact-based product/services offerings, create a robust pipeline and matching roadmaps that maintain value to the business and customers

Provide strong communication, commercialization and change management abilities on new product and service offerings that drive services contract profitability and customer stickiness

Collaborate with internal/external experts and channel partners on customer requirements, ROC scripting, customer on boarding, integrations, market trends and back office processes

Interact directly with customers, engineering, commercial team to ensure offering design, quality, reliability and profitability goals are met

Utilize standard product management activities pertaining to Product Growth Teams facilitating meetings, monitoring metrics, conducting analytics and utilizing an effective visual management

Contribute thought leadership to service offering growth team on how best to operationalize new service offerings

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering or Finance preferred

Minimum 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Technical Support or Marketing Preferred

Customer focus and continuous improvement mentality (lean knowledge a plus)

Proven ability to lead a cross functional team of professionals towards a common goal (influence without authority)

Strong communication, project management and change management skills

Team-oriented attitude that strives to resolve issues quickly and efficiently

Ability to learn and work in multiple systems, analyze data and drive customer insights

Base Pay Range: $100,000 - $120,000Disclaimer: This base pay range is based on US national averages.
