About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Product Manager - Account Reconcilement Plan (ARP) and Positive Pay Services in Global Treasury Management (GTM) as part of Enterprise Functions. Learn more about the career areas and lines of business at wellsfargojobs.com .In this role, you will:

Responsible for the identification and analysis of customer needs as well as product management of key products/services.

Work directly with stakeholders across the business and enterprise to collaborate and contribute to delivering Treasury Management payables solutions, while effectively managing risks associated with assigned products.

Manage product strategy for assigned products, prioritize enhancements and initiatives to support product strategy.

Responsible for the product financials, including revenue, pricing, profitability, volume tracking and billing processes.

Manage all risk management activities for assigned products, including annual risk assessments.

Establish and foster relationships with key partners, collaborate with internal stakeholders and lead cross-functional initiatives.

Responsible for product life-cycle management including creation of business cases, product enhancements, supporting sales and marketing, product launches and product exits.

Provide expertise on complex and technical products and services, including leading complex initiatives.

Implement change delivery solutions for the portfolio's technology process work of low to moderate complexity.

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

Experience and expertise supporting Treasury Management

Experience and expertise in check disbursement products, including Account Reconcilement Plan (ARP) and Positive Pay Services.

Outstanding problem solving and analytical skills with ability to turn findings into strategic imperatives.

Ability to work and influence various levels of leadership both internally and externally.

Ability to collaborate with clients, identify business opportunities, and translate into innovative & valuable solutions.

Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.

Ability to take on a high level of responsibility, initiative and accountability in a dynamic and complex environment.

Job Expectations:

This position offers a hybrid work schedule

Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
