Roles & Responsibilities
- The candidate should also have a strong understanding of
- Electricity Distribution business
- ADMS & Outage Management in North American utilities
- Understanding and appreciation of GIS, WorkForce Management
- Implementation Lifecycle experience
- Business Requirements Gathering
- Support and Implementation hands on experience ADMS ,SCADA OMS Preferably Oracle NMS
- Strong Understanding of Network Topology build requirements for Oracle NMS
- Good Understanding of Oracle NMS -Web workspace, Web Call Center and web Switching
- Strong knowledge of Outage management business processes for Planned, Unplanned outages
- Experience of NMS configuration and OMS Prediction rules
- Knowledge of OMS Integration with GIS, CIS Asset management etc.
- 8 - 10 years
- Maintain the NMS system, monitor its services and Integration
- Provide timely incident resolution
- Application and database health checks on regular basis
- Resolution to support tickets within specified SLA
- NMS Configuration changes as per the day to day requirement
