About ScaleReady:ScaleReady is a Joint Venture formed by Bio-Techne, Fresenius Kabi, and Wilson Wolf. Combining selected offerings from the three partners, the ScaleReady cell therapy manufacturing platform consists of tools and reagents for cell culture, cell activation, gene editing, and cell processing.Our mission is to help realize the potential of cell and gene therapies by transforming the way T cells are manufactured. The ScaleReady platform is flexible, able to generate small and large cell doses and is easily optimized for centralized or de-centralized manufacturing. Our goal is to make the prospect of T cell therapy practical and viable not just for the hundreds, but for the hundreds of thousands of patients.Position Summary:The Customer Support and Data Maintenance (CSDM) Intern is a dynamic role that will work to support the ScaleReady team by providing basic customer support, defining and documenting procedures, and helping maintain our internal records. Through these responsibilities, you will be directly involved in the day-to-day operations of ScaleReady's Sales and Marketing operations within the breakthrough Cell Therapy industry.This role will work onsite at ScaleReady's headquarters in New Brighton, MN for up to 40 hours per week from June until August but could be extended if there is mutual desire to do so.Accountabilities Include:

Accurately and tenaciously maintain salesforce.com customer relationship management (CRM) data records

Timely and precise generation of customer quotes and sample requests

Triage important customer communication channels and provide ad hoc customer service via email under the guidance of other team members

Document and test internal standard operating procedures (SOP)

Assist team members by recognizing, or anticipating, moments of bandwidth limitations and proactively helping to alleviate them

QualificationsQualifications:Pursuing a degree in the life sciences or business, or 1 year of experience in customer service.Personal Characteristics:

Exceptional interpersonal skills and high social intelligence.

Tenacious desire to see things through to the finish. Willing to ask questions, seek options and work outside the usual limitations to attain extraordinary results.
