Pay rate: $35.05 + $1.35/hr shift differentialShift: 3rd (10pm - 6am)Training: 1st (6am-2pm) for 3-6 monthsInspect, calibrate, adjust, troubleshoot and repair a variety of production assemblies, components, devices and hardware systems according to predetermined specifications using the appropriate test equipment.Troubleshoot, maintain and when required set up and operate miscellaneous micro processor or solid state circuitry controlled production machines and equipment and perform computer input operations.Key Responsibilities
Troubleshoots/maintains, repairs and adjusts miscellaneous micro processor or solid state circuitry controlled production equipment as necessary by testing, replacing, repairing or modifying computer cards and electronic circuitry.
Inspect mechanical and/or electronic devices and assemblies referring to engineering specs, prints, layouts and/or verbal instructions.
Check and adjust for balance, alignment, tension, spacing, physical dimensions, outputs and adjustable parameters and record non-adjustable parameters.
Use a variety of manual and automated mechanical, electrical and optical checking equipment.
Calculate raw data and adjust/calibrate assemblies to achieve the final specification as required.
Check faulty assemblies using mechanical checking equipment.
Analyze and diagnose findings to determine defects and method of repair.
Disassembles, replaces parts, readjust and reassemble devices to complete repairs.
Perform electronic troubleshooting at the level consistent with the schooling required as indicated at the end of this job description.

AAS of Electronics Degree, or equivalent 2 year degree from accredited college or university

3+ years of electronic tech industry experience
Successful completion of Honeywell classroom and/or on the job certification or qualification programs is required once hired.
Have performed satisfactorily two years of troubleshooting in the last five years as a Electronic Technician and achieved applicable experience of electronic troubleshooting a variety of components, devices and systems.
