Operating in close partnership with all lines of business, this product area is dedicated to meeting customer needs through the innovative design and delivery of new core products, enhancements to existing products and fundamental transformation projects. Close partnerships with Customer Service, Implementations, Risk, Technology and Operations ensure this product area maintains a primary focus on differentiated product development and delivery optimization. Strategic focus with alignment around the changing compliance and cyber-security landscape also lends opportunities to further position Wells Fargo with emerging international and domestic platform assets.Our SWIFT customers are the internal business partners and external clients of our Wells Fargo businesses located both in the US and in markets around the world. SWIFT supports a suite of products that are among the largest producers of global revenue and pre-tax/pre-provision profit within the bank.Job DescriptionSWIFT Business Liaison responsible for engagement and contributions with the external SWIFT relationship to Wells Fargo (3rd Party/Vendor) related to product implementations and enhancements in support of our internal business, technology and operations partners on behalf of the enterprise.Responsible for end to end delivery of core SWIFT eco-system development (e.g. SWIFT Standards) as well as acting as a SWIFT SME working with product managers, Operations and Technology to deliver core SWIFT solutions across multiple partner businesses throughout the enterprise eco-system. All while maintaining a risk management lens.Take ownership for optimizing internal customer satisfaction, controlling costs, improving efficiency, ensuring compliance and mitigating risk and cyber-security.Collaborate with, coordinate, and support multiple business partners including; global product, sales, relationship management, marketing, foreign exchange, payment strategy, vendor management, technology, operations, customer care, implementation, compliance, risk, and legal.Required Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in product management, strategic planning or a combination of both, with one or a combination of the following: treasury, trade or payments products
