Description Robert Half has a client seeking a highly organized and experienced individual to join our team as an Executive Assistant. This is a unique opportunity to support multiple executives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Position Overview:As an Executive Assistant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the executive office. This position requires a proactive and detail-oriented professional with exceptional organizational and communication skills. The successful candidate will thrive in a collaborative and high-energy environment, providing comprehensive administrative support to multiple executives.Responsibilities:

Manage complex calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for multiple executives.

Act as a gatekeeper, screening and managing incoming calls and correspondence.

Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.

Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and expense reports.

Assist in project management and follow up on action items from meetings.

Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.

Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree preferred.

4+ years of executive assistant experience.

Availability to work on a flexible, as needed basis. Which may require some weekend/off hours.
