Description We are in search of a dedicated Human Resources Assistant to provide administrative support within our industry in the Printing/Publishing sector, located in Minneapolis, Minnesota, 55402, United States. This role is crucial in handling various administrative tasks, from processing monthly reports to performing basic market pricing. It offers a short term contract employment opportunity, allowing the candidate to enhance their skills in areas such as Benefit Functions, Compensation Administration, Compliance, Employee Relations, Workday, Microsoft Excel, and Benefits Administration.Responsibilities: Handle administrative tasks for employees across different locations Prepare and process monthly reports for team members Perform invoicing tasks related to benefits Respond to simple inquiries and provide necessary information Assist in basic market pricing tasks using specific tools Monitor system infrastructure to ensure smooth operations Execute adjustments to reports as needed Conduct auditing tasks to ensure accuracy of reports Manage templates for efficient workflow Provide administrative assistance in Compensation Administration and Employee Relations. Requirements Prior experience in Human Resources, particularly in a Printing/Publishing setting Proven skills in Benefit Functions and Compensation Administration Familiarity with Compliance protocols and Employee Relations Proficiency in HR systems such as Workday Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting Experience in Benefits Administration, including health insurance and retirement plans Administrative Assistance skills, including scheduling, filing, and correspondence Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Demonstrable ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
