You must be able to work independently to build relationships with store personnel and customers. Previous experience in food handling, serving, cashiering, or product demonstration is helpful but not required.ResponsibilitiesEngaging customers by sharing key features about the productsFollowing food safety guidelines in food preparation and serving processCollaborating with the broader team to reach sales goals for eventsMay need to obtain a Local Food Handlers PermitQualificationsMust be at least 18 years of age or olderWeekend availability preferred, with flexibility for holidays and weekdaysSchedule ranges from 16-20 hours weeklyReliable transportationMust be able to stand for entire event (4 hours)We encourage applicants with diverse backgrounds, including retirees, older adults, and military veterans, who may not have traditional education or experience. We provide both initial and ongoing training for individuals who join our events team.Work EnvironmentModerate to high noise levels associated with a retail grocery environment.
