Payroll Specialist

Description We are seeking a Payroll Specialist to join our team in the location of Minneapolis, Minnesota. Our industry focus is on Service, and we offer a long-term contract employment opportunity. As a Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and processing payroll for our global offices, including understanding and applying international payroll laws and regulations. Responsibilities: Managing and processing international payroll efficiently and accurately. Understanding and applying international payroll laws and regulations. Maintaining detailed and accurate records of payroll transactions. Handling customer inquiries and resolving any payroll issues. Monitoring customer accounts and taking appropriate action when necessary. Using Accounting Software Systems like ADP - Financial Services, ADP Workforce Now, Ceridian, Dayforce for payroll processing. Administering 401k - RRSP and other benefit functions. Handling other accounting functions and auditing as required. Using 'About Time' software for time tracking and project management.
