Description We are introducing an exciting opportunity in the Manufacturing industry, based in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The role is for a Digital Marketing Manager who will be a part of our dynamic team. The workplace is a 5 day per week on-site role.Responsibilities: Lead the strategic analysis and reporting of digital customer journeys Ensure the optimization and accuracy of data management Foster cross-functional collaboration with a focus on increasing ecommerce conversions and website traffic Develop robust tracking solutions and navigate privacy regulations Manage marketing analytics tools and maintain data accuracy Direct the creation of dashboards and data visualization Spearhead A/B testing and tagging initiatives Oversee a team and maintain budget accountability Collaborate across web, digital marketing, and IT teams to enhance digital experiences and customer acquisition Ensure brand awareness and consumer awareness through effective campaign planning. Requirements Proven track record with a minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role Proficiency in Content Management System (CMS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software Demonstrated expertise in data analysis and interpretation, with a focus on marketing analytics, data layer management, tagging and measuring Strong understanding and experience in building and enhancing brand awareness and customer lifecycle Experience in campaign planning and execution across various digital platforms Proven ability to drive consumer awareness and engagement through innovative digital marketing strategies Demonstrable success in customer acquisition and retention Experience in creating impactful digital experiences for a variety of customer segments Strong knowledge and experience in eCommerce and its role in driving business growthInnovation starts with people.® Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
