Application Development Project Manager/Lead

Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Application Development Project Manager/Lead in Minneapolis, Minnesota. You will be part of a dynamic team within the Fintech industry, specifically working with SaaS solutions. This role allows the flexibility of working remotely and will involve client-facing responsibilities, managing multiple SaaS implementation projects concurrently. Responsibilities: Take charge of the software implementation process with a keen focus on SaaS solutions Engage with multiple clients simultaneously, ensuring clear communication and efficient project management Utilize your strong Microsoft Excel skills for various project tasks Oversee the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with a detail-oriented approach Manage client-facing interactions and expectations during SaaS implementation projects Draw on your experience with HRIS/Accounting/Salesforce implementations to provide quality service and solutions Maintain a client-centric approach while managing and implementing SaaS solutions. Requirements Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role as an Application Development Project Manager/Lead is required. Mastery of Microsoft Excel is necessary for data manipulation and analysis. Demonstrable experience in SaaS (Software as a Service) is required. Proven track record of successful software implementations. Ability to manage and lead teams effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. High level of problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred. Project Management certification is desirable. Proficiency in utilizing project management software and tools. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. Strong understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle). Experience in Agile methodologies is advantageous. Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
