Sr. SAP S4 IT Project Manager

The Sr. SAP S4 IT Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing SAP S4 projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This role requires a deep understanding of SAP, strong project management skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESThe duties and responsibilities of this position shall consist of, but not be limited to, the following: Project Planning: Plan and manage a portfolio of large-scale, mission critical technology projects across multiple functional areas. Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.Execution: Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents. Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders.Leadership: Lead the implementation of SAP S4 projects, including configuration, testing, and deployment.Risk Management: Identify and manage project risks and issues and develop contingency plans.Budget Management: Manage project budget, track project costs, and ensure projects are delivered within budget.Quality Assurance: Ensure project deliverables meet the required quality standards and business requirements.Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and progress.Team Management: Lead, coach, and motivate project team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team environment.Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend enhancements to SAP S4 systems.
