CONTRACTING DIVISION - PROJECT MANAGER

We are a locally owned company that maintains single family homes, townhomes, condominiums, and multi-unit apartment buildings throughout the Metro area.

We are currently seeking a full-time Project Manager to join our team. In this position you will be contracting and managing home improvement projects valued between $2,000 and $40,000; averaging $5,000.

Role Responsibilities:

· Visit properties to assess property improvement needs

· Consult with property owners to identify and facilitate property improvements

· Work with subcontractors to determine project scope, timelines, and costs

· Communicate effectively with owners and residents regarding contracting progress

· Hire sub-contractors

· Collaborate with vendors regarding work orders and maintaining accountability

· Participate in management and company meetings

Ideal Candidate:

· Has General Contractors’ License, or willing to obtain

· Motivated self-starter with strong work initiative

· Exceptional customer service skills

· Strong problem-solving skills

· Strong communication skills

· Ability to utilize up-to-date technology

· Ability to read and understand blueprints and specifications

· Familiar with building codes

· Reliable transportation and necessary tools for use on the job

· Positive Attitude

We offer great pay and benefits that include:

· Competitive salary of $60,000 - $70,000 per year, DOE

· Mileage reimbursement of $0.67 per mile, or as updated by IRS

· 2 weeks of paid time off per year, accrual starting on start date

· 10 paid holidays each year

· Offices close at noon on Fridays
