We are currently hiring an Area Manager to join our team and contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional facility services to our clients in the Minneapolis-St. Paul area. As an Area Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing our commercial cleaning operations across multiple clients and buildings within your designated area. You will be the primary point of contact for our valued clients, ensuring their satisfaction and driving the overall success of your assigned region.

To excel in this position, exceptional customer service skills, effective communication, and strong organizational abilities are essential. You will be responsible for fostering positive relationships not only with clients but also with our team of supervisors and cleaners. Building and maintaining these connections will be vital to achieving operational excellence and delivering the highest level of service.

The Area Manager position offers flexibility in terms of scheduling. While an average workweek of 40-50 hours is expected, please note that there is no fixed schedule. Typically, our Area Managers work Monday through Friday, starting around 8am. However, this can vary depending on the day's requirements and unforeseen circumstances. Occasional weekend availability may be necessary, reflecting our commitment to providing a comprehensive service to our clients. It's important to emphasize that this role is not a traditional "9 to 5" position, so if that's what you're seeking, this may not be the right fit.

Job duties include:

Supervising and ensuring the efficient execution of daily commercial cleaning operations in the designated area.

Cultivating and nurturing professional relationships with clients, employees, and contractors to foster a positive working environment.

Conducting regular visits and inspections of buildings to assess cleanliness and address any potential issues promptly.

Scheduling and conducting client service review meetings to gather feedback, address concerns, and maintain high client satisfaction.

Promptly responding to client requests or issues and following up to ensure timely resolution and exceptional customer service.

Developing and refining procedures and processes to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Managing additional project work and overseeing commission-based projects to maximize business opportunities.

Providing comprehensive training, coaching, and development opportunities for employees to foster their professional growth.

Facilitating the successful startup of new accounts in the area, ensuring a smooth transition and exceptional service from the outset.

Effectively managing the procurement, inventory, and organization of supplies necessary for cleaning operations.

Continuously seeking out business efficiencies, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing innovative solutions.

Promoting teamwork and collaboration among the team to foster a positive and supportive work environment.

Encouraging a positive and enjoyable work culture, where employees feel motivated and engaged in their roles.

Compensation + Benefits:

Base Salary $65,000 - $75,000

Commission + Performance Bonus
