Applications Analyst

As an Applications Analyst, you will be responsible for managing both on-premises and cloud-hosted applications, ensuring their optimal performance and reliability. You will collaborate with third-party vendors, monitor system performance, and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime. Additionally, you will assist with database management, provide second-tier support to users, and contribute to disaster recovery planning. Your expertise will help drive process improvements, enhance security measures, and ensure seamless integration of software systems.WHAT YOU'LL DO:Develop and maintain standards for configuration, monitoring, and maintenance.Help understand and document the licensing requirements of all applications, software, interfaces, and databases.Monitor event logs, respond to alerts, and report on performance.Provide second-tier support and assist users with application-related issues.Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with licensing requirements.Assist other departmental staff with troubleshooting.Work to improve the user experience of applications.
