This role supports the Safety team by promoting and maintaining a strong safety culture across Electrical Division job sites throughout the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast regions. You’ll be responsible for field-level support of safety compliance, performance, and reporting that directly impacts employee well-being, project success, and company-wide safety standards. Your day-to-day responsibilities may include:Work alongside and mentor project teams on Knobelsdorff’s safety policies and proceduresProvide safety education and training to on-site teamsOversee and audit project-level safety documentation to ensure KE complianceConduct job site safety audits and incident investigationsSupport pre-construction safety planningAttend “tailgate” meetings to review hazards, daily risks, and mitigation strategiesAssist field teams with on-site safety challenges and provide hands-on supportCreate and maintain safety documentation, including reports and statisticsMonitor employee adherence to regulations and recommend corrective actionCollaborate with project leadership to identify and resolve safety issuesMaintain awareness of Federal, State, OSHA, and NFPA regulations
