Electrical Construction Manager

This role supports the Electric division by providing on-site construction supervision for industrial electrical projects across multiple states. You’ll be responsible for overseeing crews, managing field operations, and ensuring high standards of safety, quality, and execution throughout the life of a project. Your day-to-day responsibilities may include:Lead on-site planning, material and equipment management, and job site safetyOversee and report daily progress to the project teamInterpret and manage project execution based on drawings and installation standardsSupport project benchmarking, stakeholder reviews, and process approvalsCoordinate with project managers on planning, scheduling, cost tracking, and material procurementSupervise field crews and subcontractors to keep work on schedule and within budgetConduct tailgate safety meetings and ensure JHA completionEnforce safety protocols and document incidentsProvide feedback, coaching, and mentorship to on-site personnelParticipate in constructability reviews and help define execution strategiesReview timecards and job costs for accuracy and accountabilityLead by example and jump in on-site when neededBuild and maintain a 3-week lookahead scheduleAct as the on-site KE representative for inspectors, landowners, and OSHA visitsSupport documentation, change orders, and construction-related administration
