Description Robert Half's longstanding client is looking to add a Senior Accountant to their growing organization. Responsibilties include preparing financial statements, analyzing and reconciling accounts, analyzing cash flow, creating budgets and forecasts, preparing audits, and managing internal control maintenance and regulatory reporting are among the key responsibilities for this role. To be successful, candidates need to be highly adept at analytics and working in challenging, fast-paced environments. Requirements
Critical thinking skills and the ability to retain complex work directions
BA/BS in Accounting or similar field
Attention to detail and demonstrated ability to follow standard procedures is a requirement
Self-driven motivator who takes initiative on projects with a strong ability to understand and solve creative challenges
Ability and willingness to meet business critical deadlines
Corporate performance management (CPM) and business intelligence systems experience a plus
Strong communication and social skills and able to receive criticism well
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high pressure environment, to prioritize deals and adapt to quick changes while remaining diligent
Strong time management skills preferred
2+ years of overall general accounting experience
Current and relevant ERP system experience
Corporate Accounting experience
