• Ability to operate at highly varying levels of abstraction including business strategy, product strategy, technical design, and implementation.• Excellent verbal and written communication skills- this role is heavily collaborative.• Ability to ask questions to understand the ask along with the why and the value it brings• Provide solution documents that incorporate solution diagrams, assumptions, risk, dependencies and effort• Ability to present solution to stakeholders and IT teams and ensure that development adheres to the solution.What does the ideal candidate background look like (ex: healthcare specific background, etc.)?Salesforce experienced individual with hands on knowledge of Aura and LWCSalesforce Service Cloud experience with Mulesoft.Healthcare experience is preferred but not required.What software tools/skills are needed to perform these daily responsibilities?• 2+ Years of Salesforce Architect experience• Experience Integration 3rd party applications into Salesforce• Lightning Implementation ExperienceWhat skills/attributes are a must have?• 10+ Years of IT experience• Strong communication skills with geographically diverse IT team and business stakeholders• Agile Methodologies development experienced.
