Description We are in search of a Payroll Specialist to join our team in Eagan, Minnesota. The role primarily involves managing and processing payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and company policies. This role is a long-term contract position within the industry.Responsibilities: Accurate processing of company payroll in accordance with established timelines. Utilize various accounting software systems to manage payroll data. Handle inquiries regarding payroll from employees, providing prompt and accurate responses. Work with ADP for financial services and ADP Workforce Now for payroll processing. Use Ceridian and Dayforce software for payroll and HR management. Manage 401k - RRSP Administration, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Perform various accounting functions as they relate to payroll. Conduct regular audits to ensure payroll accuracy. Manage benefit functions, ensuring benefits are accurately reflected in payroll.
