Big Country Landscapes, Inc. is a design / build landscape contractor specializing in high end residential and ranch estate projects across Southwest Montana.
We are seeking applications for both landscape foreman / operator positions along with landscape crew members.
Our season runs April through November with a typical Monday through Friday schedule. Travel to and from projects is paid and overtime paid at time and a half.
While we prefer full time work, we will also accept applicants with flexible / part time schedules.
The following positions are available:
Landscape Foreman / Operator- Prior experience in landscape or construction trades, proficient with operation of machinery including skid steers and mini excavators. Knowledge of landscape installation practices and the ability to read construction documents and lead a crew. Pay starts at $28+ per hour depending on experience. Full time seasonal position with the option for year round salary for qualifying individuals.
Landscape Crew Members- Prior experience is great but not required, we will train. Pay range is $22-$30 / hour depending on experience. Full time / Part time seasonal position.
Benefits for eligible employees include health insurance and 401k. We also offer end of the season bonuses for employees that work throughout our season, April - November.
