JOB SUMMARY
Situated on a large, private acreage on Lake Superior near Two Harbors, a community of cabin owners is looking for an Assistant Foreman to perform maintenance and operational duties inside and outside buildings, throughout the forest, and on the grounds. This unique position is part of a small crew, but also requires self-directed work. The job is often performed out of doors and involves operating a range of hand and power tools and equipment. 2+ years of related experience with basic plumbing, building construction, building systems–including heating, carpentry, and electrical–is desired.
This full-time position includes an annual salary of $51-60K (depending on skill set) for a 40-hour work week plus access to a work vehicle to perform the job, retirement benefits, paid holidays, and assistance with medical expenses and moving expenses.
