Our partner is a full-service personal property restoration company that specializes in saving memories after a fire, water, and mold loss. You get to help people and contractors every day when people are in need of help Applicants should be motivated to serve others with a mindset of whatever it takes. Responsibilities As a team member you will demonstrate to clients, customers and the community to serve in a time of need Movers Lead gets the opportunity to serve the community packing/moving their personal belongings to and from our facility to be processed and returned Manage the client and customer experience and satisfaction by having open communication Benefits Include Health insurance Paid time off Dental insurance 401(k) matching Paid vacation/holidays Company Vehicle / gas expense Qualifications Bilingual (English / Spanish) preferred Able to do heavy lifting - Team lifting 40lbs + Able to handle fragile items or homeowners personal belonging Valid Minnesota Driver s License & clear driving record Ability to drive all day to collect homeowners items to and from facility Excellent communication Must have a whatever it takes mentality to serve our clients and customers Hours: 7:30am-4:30pm & on Call
