5-10 years of experience with plastics
Hydraulic and mechanical expertise
Proficiency in equipment repair
Primary Responsibilities:
Support manufacturing functions and resolve technical issues
Ensure equipment reliability and availability for production
Perform regular maintenance and repairs
What Success Looks Like: You’ll excel by maintaining and repairing equipment with a systematic approach, focusing on problem-solving and timely issue resolution. Strong communication and technical skills are crucial.Desired Skills and Experience:
Strong mechanical background
Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, and industrial systems
Safety-focused with excellent organizational skills
High School diploma or equivalent; additional certifications like Hi-Lo or Journeyman License preferred
Physical Demands:
Heavy work and confined spaces

100% on the production floor
