Safely carry out, characterize, and coordinate chemical reactions assigned by the scientist.
Work along with the scientist on novel proof-of-concept type formulations for industrial related applications.
Generate and collect testing data from laboratory evaluations and provide input and results in an organized fashion.
Acquire a working knowledge of synthetic and application methods typical to the laboratory.
Generate ideas that improve the safety, efficiency and overall effectiveness of the laboratory and the team.
If you
Have a BS degree or higher in Chemistry, Engineering, or Materials Science.
2 years of industrial experience.
Own strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with detailed orientation and ability to learn to operate various types of laboratory glassware and testing instrumentation.
Have the ability to be flexible and capable to adopt priority changes daily.
Have experience in project management and ability to manage multiply tasks independently or with the team collaboration as well as strong safety orientation and behaviors.
Possess strong communication, organizations skills as well as strong computer skills.
