About the Position: This position is located with the Integrated Logistics Support Center (ILSC), Supply Chain Integration Directorate Sourcing Division in Warren, Michigan. Responsibilities Maintains fully operational system applications, systems, logic, and tools to support functional business processes in support of supply planning, demand planning, order management, inventory management, or sourcing. Proactively validates data accuracy, analyzes system and functional capability effects, and remediates issues to resolve data quality and compatibility process blocks. Provides technical system support in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system and supporting applications to ensure the full capability of supply chain functions. Supports ERP configuration management for supply chain personnel and processes to resolve compatibility issues and ensure ERP capabilities meet the needs of end users. Develops and coordinates new or revised complex processes, policies, methods, and best practices throughout the various supply chain functions after thorough analyses of the effect on the various operating segments. Analyzes operational and statistical data and reports to determine functional trends, conformance to standards, efficiency of operations, and the effect on future resources. Analyzes findings and presents recommendations to leadership through reports and briefings. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes (1) Preparing routine analytical status reports of trends or problems as indicated by supply data; (2) investigating deviations with supply systems to determine and take corrective action; and (3) utilizing various logistics programs to provide accurate supply information. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-11). You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas: Information Management Planning and Evaluating Technical Competence Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-11).
