We empower our employees to take charge and step up to any challenge. Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Lead, manage and hold accountable all members of vertical team by setting clear goals and objectives, delegate responsibilities, provide guidance and direction, evaluate team members and provide constructive feedback

Conduct daily huddles to discuss specific goals, daily wins & losses, carrier and customer issues, market conditions and other valuable information that assists in growing and supporting our business portfolio

Knowledge around all equipment types

Train and hold your Carrier Sales team accountable to effectively communicate the current market conditions, carrier capacity trends, pricing and aged, hot, sold loads.

Develop, plan & execute carrier account strategies. Understand all SLA’s, load details.

Power BI reporting

Visibility and reporting on Highway, Marketplace, Profiles, and call log performance

EOD performance reports

Daily metric reports

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree

Management or lead position.

Strategic Mindset

3-5+ years of Logistical experience

Strong organizational and interpersonal skills

Metric focus

Ability to Manage Multiple Projects

Driven Team Player
