People who are adept in time management, execution, project management and follow up.What You Will Do:The Administrative Assistant, GQO&CP Legal and Compliance/GQRC Legal reports directly to the Vice President of GQO&CP Legal, and the Vice President of Senior Regulatory Counsel and supports the GQO&CP Legal and Compliance and GQRC team members located across the globe. This individual will be responsible for administrative support, systems and record maintenance, and coordination of team meetings and activities for two global teams, collaborating across functions as necessary. This individual will play a key role in maintaining team connectedness and engagement helping the team to function efficiently and at a high level. Additional responsibilities may require you to:

Maintain expertise in systems that are frequently used by the GQO Legal and Compliance and GQRC Legal teams, including: Coupa, Concur, MyHR, and iCertis.

Collect, maintain, and analyze data to track progress toward strategic goals and objectives.

Attend leadership meetings and compile/distribute meeting minutes.

Participate in meeting planning for small meetings (30 people) and, as a part of a team, larger meetings / events (400+ people).

Support of departmental goals to ensure completion of ongoing projects and special assignments.

Provide cost-effective project management, developing efficient processes to assure completion of work while maximizing value.

Design, organize, and execute team engagement activities and connection opportunities.

Manage calendars and process correspondence and distribute mail.

Coordinating travel arrangements for GQO&CP Legal and Compliance and GQRC Legal team members, including complicated multi-city international travel; Work Visas though CIBT, Embassies, at country border where relevant; Ground transfers, rental cars; international and domestic air travel; accommodation; supporting with emergency travel arrangements and BCD Travel agency inquiries.

Organize, submit, and track expense reports for GQO&CP Legal and Compliance and RAQAC teams.

Coordinate with other support staff including the Administrative Assistants to Global Quality and Operations leadership and other Legal and Compliance teams.

Coordinate communications and scheduling meetings with external advisors.

Design look and feel of presentations and reports authored by the GQO&CP Legal and Compliance and RAQAC teams and ensuring that they comply with Stryker's brand requirements.

Coordinate purchase of office materials and supplies.

Prepare budgets and cost reports for team meetings.

Schedule off-site meetings and coordinate calendars with other administrative support staff, book venues and refreshments, assist with distribution of meeting agendas/minutes.

Schedule meetings and distribute meeting agendas and minutes.

Coordinate corporate membership and payment of bar dues.

Prepare (print, collate, and ship) training materials and coordinate facility, attendees and presenter information.

What You Need:Required :

High School Diploma or equivalent

3+ years' experience in an administrative position (preferred in a corporate environment)

Strong proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite technology, including complex document creation, spreadsheet creation, and presentation creation.
