What You will Do-

Lead and develop, communicate, execute and track detailed project plans.

Develop and manage strategy, scope, schedule, costs, resources, and risks.

Reports accurate and timely project metrics/status to stakeholders as required. Projects may range from new product introductions, product transfers, M&A or integrations.

Creates and maintains appropriate project documentation (e.g., charter, roadmap, integration checklists, resource matrix, management reviews etc.) to meet business goals and program objectives.

Oversees all aspects of assigned project portfolio, ensuring projects are successfully managed through all phases and that the project is successfully transitioned to sustaining business. .

Identifies and escalates unresolved obstacles to the success of the project. Leads resolution of problems that impede project progress.

Acts as an escalation point; drives collaboration with project team members to resolve conflicts, project issues, and deviations and drives them to resolution.

Responsible for resource planning, including workload allocation and capacity planning to help determine project sequencing.

What You Need-

Bachelor's degree- required

8+ years of relevant experience- required

Project/program management-required

Working across several divisions- highly preferred

Project Management Certification- highly preferred

98,000 - 210,100/year salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
