Perform a Background Study on Emerging and Futuristic Technologies that may impact the MedTech industry over the next 15years. Examples should include Robotics, 3D Printing, Digital, Gene Therapy, Tissue Engineering, and others.
Prioritize the likelihood and impact of these technologies.
Perform a landscape analysis using tools such as PEST to assess external influences including but not limited to:
Sustainability and Climate action
Geopolitical trends
Development of widespread emerging economies
Global STEM and R&D investment trends
Ever-increasing pace of Innovation and Technology development
With this input, compile a means of engagement with Stryker Executives.
Compile an analysis of the impact of Technology trends on Stryker's strategy (2020 - 2035)
Compile a list of recommendations to disseminate to Stryker Executives.
