RICEFW Technologies Inc. has multiple openings for the position of QA Analyst (Ref# QA0108RK).JOB DUTIES: To work in Okemos, MI and various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. Responsible for quality assurance (QA) analysis and testing of critical business software applications. Involved in all phases of the QA/testing life-cycle. Gather/analyze the business and functional requirements and specifications to build the testing life-cycle, including the creation and documentation of test plans, test strategy, test scenarios, test cases, and/or test scripts. Execute the test scripts and create the test data. Create and execute tests to identify software problems and causes. Prepare and review test data, test scenarios, and test cases for manual and/or automated testing. Perform testing including system, functional, integration, regression, and/or user acceptance testing to ensure applications / products meet the requirements. Identify the testing dependencies and risks. Review test results, identify and log defects, and analyze and make recommendations for improvements. Evaluate or recommend software for testing or bug tracking. Follow established QA best practices, standards, and processes. Travel and/or relocation required.REQUIREMENTS: Position requires a Master's degree or foreign academic equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Information Technology, CIS, MIS, or a related field. Plus 2 years of experience in the job offered or 2 years in a related occupation including Software Engineer, Testing Analyst, Quality Analyst, or related experience. Will accept a Bachelor's degree in any field of study plus 5 years of progressive experience in lieu of the required education and experience. Position requires 1 year of experience with test plans and test cases.
