Our people bring deep industry knowledge to help you succeed.The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:Uses past experience and independent judgment to plan and accomplish goals and solve problems in the field as they arise.  Responsible for monitoring deadlines, overseeing and coordinating project testing, and coordinating work with the Contractor.Responsible for relaying major problems that affect cost/scope to the Project Engineer. Provides on the job training and mentoring to new and lower-level employees.Responsible for monitoring conformance to quality, performance, specifications, and/or code requirements by performing inspection duties.Performs daily field inspections, maintains inspection records, and review inspector reports from lower-level inspectors.Participates in punch lists, testing, and commissioning.Tracks quality assurance progress.MDOT certifications are required or must be earned within 6 months of beginning employment.
