General Needs -
Prior construction experience is preferred.
Must be punctual and dependable.
Must be able to work Monday through Friday with weekends as needed during busy season.
Able to tolerate and work in variable weather conditions, tight trenching and dirty and dusty environments.
Job Duties -
Set stringline to marked grade stakes for flatwork and curb/gutter.
Wet screed concrete to laser grades with ability to see and eliminate water pockets.
Place and finish hand stacked curb and gutter. Place and finish flatwork.
Knowledge of use of following tools: Darby, walking edger, hand joiner, vibrator, power trowel, cut off saw.
Perform other related duties as required and assigned including ability to lift and/ or carry 50 lbs.
Location -
Projects will vary in location (main yard is located in Petoskey, MI), therefore, reliable transportation and a willingness to travel to any job site, is required as needed. Our projects are generally located throughout mid-northern Michigan.

Job Type-
Full Time with weekends being probable during busy season.
Travel-
Travel per diem applies.
Schedule-
Monday through Friday. Weekends are likely during the busy season.
License/Certification-
Valid Drivers License is required.
