Description We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for an Administrative Assistant based in Lansing, Michigan. As a key player in our non-profit organization, the selected candidate will oversee administrative tasks, manage our alumni and donor database, and support web and social media communications. Responsibilities: Managing and updating alumni and donor records in our database system Receiving and processing requests, gifts, and pledges from alumni Assisting in the planning, scheduling, and logistics for alumni and constituent related meetings and events Providing general office administration support Preparing and presenting data reports as required Supporting the maintenance and updates of our alumni website and portal Assisting with web and social media communication tasks Handling inbound and outbound calls, providing excellent customer service Performing data entry tasks and managing email correspondence efficiently Scheduling appointments and meetings as needed Utilizing Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, Google Suite, and Google Sheets for various administrative tasks Drafting and managing business correspondence.
