The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing ingredients and dishes according to recipes, ensuring that all food items are of the highest quality and adhering to health and safety regulations. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, a passion for cooking, and an eye for detail.
Responsibilities:
Adhere to the restaurant's food safety and sanitation standards.
Prepare food items according to recipes and menu specifications.
Organize and store food items in the kitchen.
Assist in the preparation of hot and cold dishes for service.
Maintain a clean and organized work station.
Follow instructions from the head chef or sous chef.
