Description We are offering a role in the telecom industry for a Customer Service Representative located in Grand Rapids, Michigan, United States. The selected candidate will be primarily responsible for proctoring exams and ensuring that all rules are adhered to during the examination process. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity. Responsibilities: Proctor exams, ensuring all rules and regulations are strictly followed. Maintain a professional environment, free from personal electronics and distractions. Conduct periodic walkthroughs during exams to ensure compliance with rules. Assist in the resolution of any issues or inquiries that candidates may have. Utilize superior customer service skills to ensure a positive experience for all candidates. Enter candidate data accurately into the system using Microsoft Word and Excel. Manage and organize schedules efficiently, ensuring smooth operation of the test center. Communicate effectively with candidates regarding any changes or updates to the testing schedule or procedures. Utilize Microsoft Outlook to coordinate and communicate with other team members. Ensure the test center is well-maintained and conducive for examinations. Requirements Demonstrated experience in a customer service role Ability to resolve customer service issues effectively and efficiently Proven ability to deliver superior customer service and build strong relationships with clients Proficiency in data entry tasks and able to manage large volumes of data accurately Experience using Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving abilities Ability to work effectively in a team environment Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines Proactive attitude and ability to take initiative in improving customer service processes Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
