Description We are offering an exciting opportunity in the telecom industry for a Customer Service Representative situated in Grand Rapids, Michigan, United States. The role involves interacting with customers, resolving their queries, and maintaining a high level of service. It is a short-term contract employment opportunity that requires strong customer service and data entry skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, and a commitment to meeting customer needs.Responsibilities: Act as the first point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns, and providing them with the necessary information. Deliver superior customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. Accurately perform data entry tasks, updating and maintaining customer records. Use Microsoft Office tools such as Outlook, Word, and Excel to manage customer interactions and record data. Conduct regular walkthroughs during exams to ensure compliance with rules and procedures. Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery and continuous improvement in service quality. Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve customer service issues in a timely and efficient manner. Monitor customer accounts and take necessary action to collect delinquent payments. Process customer credit applications, maintaining accurate customer credit records. Adhere to company policies and procedures, maintaining professional conduct at all times. Requirements Proven experience in a customer service role Demonstrated ability to resolve customer service issues effectively Superior customer service skills with a focus on listening and questioning skills Proficiency in data entry and ability to perform data entry tasks accurately Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, and Excel Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment High level of professionalism and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion Flexibility to work in different shifts or extended hours if required.
