Hours:Monday - Friday 8am-4:30pm Description:
Answer incoming calls to schedule patients to see one of the 11 physicians or 6 PA’s or 2 NP’s for cardiology tests and consults. Calls will come from doctors offices, specialists, PCP’s, hospitals, etc.
Schedule appointments in Athena software and pull referrals from system.
Utilize Allscripts throughout the day.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Good communication skills
2 years of medical office experience
Allscripts experience would be nice to have
Experience scheduling medical appointments of any kind- Does not have to be in a Cardiology office
