Detroit-Based Construction Firm looking for Project Manager / Superintendent to manage a group of recently awarded complex design build building stabilization projects in Detroit. Experience in historic rehabilitation projects and the management of in house carpentry crews required. A history of direct trade (particularly carpentry) experience a bonus
Successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to:
work with owner, architect, and structural engineers to complete design, permitting, and project set-up
establish / maintain relationships with competitive vendors and collect sub quotes as required
direct self performed and subcontract work through completion with regard to cost efficiency, quality, schedule and client satisfaction
This individual will initially work with and report directly to the President
